Peggy Cheng is the Founder of Ganofarm Group of Companies, with 36 years of experience in mushroom cultivation, production, and research. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and completing PhD in Biochemistry, developing an HIV-therapeutic agent from Ganoderma mushrooms at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. She has made significant contributions to the field of biotechnology, particularly in mushroom cultivation and the manufacturing of mushroom-based healthcare products. Peggy is also the initiator of Agro-Tourism for Ganofarm Homestay in Tanjung Sepat. Additionally, she has founded several other establishments, including a futuristic R&D scientific laboratory, GMP, HACCP & MeSTI certified factories.

Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Binti Abdullah, the Pro-Chancellor of Lincoln University College, was the First Director of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Malaysia. She has also served as the Registrar of Nursing Board, Malaysia and has the greatest passion in changing the whole face of the nursing profession. She was instrumental in professionalized nursing as a profession from the diploma to the degree level. Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Bakar is the Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer Lincoln University College, Malaysia. He is also Deputy CEO of the Euroskil Vocational Trainince Academy (ETVA) from 2018 till date. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs) of Lincoln University College from 2014 for more than 6 years. He was the Ambassador in Ministry of foreign in 1981 till 2001. Dato Yusoff has been associated with the Ministry since 1975 in various countries. He has volunteered as Chairman of The Board an international charity organization from 2009 associated with Disaster and Humanitarian Relief Cause. In 2014 he was the Chairman of IBF Network Sdn.Bhd. Prof Dr. Abhijit Ghosh is a member of World Cultural Tourism Association as well as Australian Institute of Management. Dr Ghosh is a consultant for Suchenta Group (NGO). He is a consultant for Philip Kotler Center for Advanced Marketing (PKCAM) of University Kelaniya, Sri Lanka for the Certified Strategic Marketer (CSM) training program, as a foreign resource person. Also, he is one of the Advisory panel members of the Comorin International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, India. Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Dr Ghosh, worked for southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as Program Coordinator and Lecturer ensuring that the efficient management of the program resulting in a high level of student satisfaction. His job was to ensure all SCU units and unit materials are current and supported by appropriate resources and reference materials, to make contact with all unit co-ordinators at SCU in response to maintaining and improving colleague relations and general SCU staff interaction, to make necessary course/ Curriculum changes to ensure course compliance with SCU requirements and to teach and monitor selected key units to assist with overall course rating and satisfaction levels. Dr. Ashish Kumar Sana is presently holding the post of a Professor in the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta, India. He was awarded the Ph.D. degree in 2009 by the University of Calcutta. Dr. Sana has more than 20 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Commerce. In addition to his academic experience, he has over 5 years of administrative experience in the fields of Accounting and Auditing. He has authoried five books in English and Bengali medium, namely ‘Indian Financial System’, ‘Money and Financial System’, ‘Financial Statement Analysis’, ‘Business Studies’ and ‘Principles of Management and Business Communication’. He has more than 60 articles published in his name. Under his supervision, nine scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degree while 14 students have been awarded M.Phil degree from the University of Calcutta. Dr. Biswajit Paul is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the PG and Research Department of Commerce at the University of Gour Banga, Malda, West Bengal, India. He completed his undergraduate, postgraduate studies, and Ph.D. (research studies) from University of Calcutta. He has over fifteen years of teaching experience in various colleges and universities. Dr. Paul has worked as Guest Faculty in the Department of Commerce, Vivekananda College, Thakurpukur, Kolkata; Panihati Mahavidyalaya, Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal; and Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College, Kolkata. Subsequently, he served as a Contractual Whole Time Teacher in the Department of Commerce, Vivekananda College, Thakurpukur, Kolkata. He also held the position of Coordinator and Contractual Whole Time Teacher in the Department of Commerce (Post-Graduation under Calcutta University), Naba Ballygunge Mahavidyalaya, Kolkata. Additionally, he has been a Visiting Faculty at Sikkim Manipal University (DE), Vidyasagar University (DE), and IGNOU. Dr. Paul has ten years of research experience in the fields of Developmental Economics, Macroeconomic Issues, Finance, and Rural/Urban Development and allied areas. Dr. Chetna Priti holds a Ph.D. in Management and currently serves as an Associate Professor and Assistant Director at Amity Business School, Amity University, Patna, India. With over 18 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she has also conducted extensive research in areas such as Emerging Nations, Foreign Direct Investment, Retail Management, and Consumer Behavior, resulting in publications in both National and International journals. Dr. Priti's notable accomplishments include the publication of her book titled "Rural Marketing: Focus on FMCG," for which she received an award for her contribution to Rural Marketing at the Indian Management Congress. She has also served as a reviewer for Inderscience Publishers and edited two books titled "Contemporary Issues in Business and Information Technology: Implications of COVID-19" and "Contemporary Issues in Business and Information Technology: Resilience, Resurgence, and Sustainability." She is working as the Campus Director at Narsee Monjee Chandigarh Campus, Chandigarh, India. She started her career at leading Indian universities, worked for excellence, and achieved the highest accreditation. Her core area of research is Microfinace & Women Empowerment. She was awarded the 'Best Research on 'Emotional Intelligence & Women Empowerment' by Punjab University, Chandigarh in 2013. She has 76 research papers (national and International) and 5 patents to her credit. She has been serving as the Pro Vice Chancellor in her last assignment with Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be a university), managing 12 schools with more than 10 thousand students. Being a corporate consultant, she organized 18 National and 9 International Conferences and 6 Faculty Development programs for more than 300 faculties. She is an active advisory Board member for different Universities in Punjab and Haryana. She launched MBA Business Analytics and Operations Management for PTU-affiliated colleges in 2018. Dr. H.L. Neel Wasantha is a Senior Lecturer Grade II at Uva Wellassa University in Sri Lanka. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. His research interests lie in service marketing, marketing management and branding. Dr. Wasantha has extensive experience in teaching business administration at various levels, from diploma programs to PhD students. He has supervised graduate-level students and Master’s level students in their dissertation and thesis work. He has also provided full research supervision for PhD students in marketing management, brand management, and service quality. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Wasantha has consulted for various businesses, both local and international, and done marketing campaigns for local production. His consulting experience spans a wide range of industries, including timber corporations, manufacturing, service, and education. He has also given some keynote speeches at the International Youth Conference in Korea and Mumbai University in India, and contributions to the national TV programs in Sri Lanka as a resource person and served as a public speaker for motivational program in society.
Prof. Dr. Sateesh served for 36 years in Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management by teaching graduate and postgraduate. His field of interest is in Research, Teaching, and Training on data analysis with R, Python, Excel, and SPSS. He is a Member of the Editorial Board of Asian Journal of Information and Communication which is published in South Korea and some journals of Indian universities. He has helped more than 35 Ph.D. Scholars, more than 50 Masters and M.Phil students as main supervisor for their thesis. He has published 100 plus articles in National and Internationally. Various institutions from the nation and abroad have awarded Professor Ojha. Some of these are “Educationist” Award from “Pathasala Times”, Nepal, Plaque of Appreciation (Contribution Award) in 2014 at Taipei from International IT Applications and Management Society (ITEMS), Best Paper and Presentation award on International conference held in 2018 at Kathmandu. Prof. Dr. Suhaiza received her MSc and PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University, England, United Kingdom, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. She is a Professor of Supply Chain with the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, and is currently the Director of Ungku Aziz Centre for Development Studies, Malaysia. As a director, she is responsible for identifying attractive opportunities for the graduates to excel as entrepreneurs through her excellent industry linkage, both locally and overseas. Recently, under her directorship, her center has been selected as one of the best 20 entrepreneurship centers in the world for the ACCSB Entrepreneurship Spotlight Challenge. This challenge showcases how AACSB-accredited schools engage with business practice to provide students with an opportunity to gain the core skills required to be successful in business, whether that business is a start-up or a world-renowned corporation (http://www.aacsb.edu/esc). As a self-sustaining center at UM, she has created so many innovative and impactful entrepreneurship programs, not only for the students but also for the communities. From all the success stories that she has achieved from the programs, she was able to market them to the agencies and communities as income generation for UMEC. For her professional qualifications, she used to hold a position as Vice President of the Society of Logisticians Malaysia and holds the title of MlogM. She was certified as an Entrepreneurial Leader (ELP) by the Ministry of Higher Education in 2017 and as an Industry Foundation Programme (CIFP) in 2013 by the Department of Standards Malaysia. She was a visiting professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at AIMTS Universiti, Malaysia in 2013. She was one of the finalists for the Anugerah Pemikiran Dan Reka Bentuk Semula Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia 2017.
Dr. William got the B.Sc. (Maths) from Yangon University in 1996. In 2006, he got MBA majoring in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from Chungnam National University, South Korea. Then, in 2010, he also got Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from Chungnam National University. He served at the Export and Import Department in Myanmar-Segye Int’l Ltd from 1996 to 2004. While studying in Korea, he worked as a Residential Assistant of Dormitory in the university where he was attending, and a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant in College of Business from 2007-2010. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as an assistant HR manager (trainee) in Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resource Center (KIGAM) for one year. Then, he worked as a HR Director in Loi Hein Company and Asia Sun Group from 2010 to 2015. While working as a HR Director in the companies, starting from 2016, he taught Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Research Methodology subjects for MBA and Ph.D Program in some local university and colleges. He has been serving as an Associate Professor in Lincoln University College, Malaysia since 2017. Under the guidance of him, there have been over 500 MBA candidates who finished their MBA Thesis.
Prof. Dr. Faridah Mohd Said has completed her RN in Midwifery, her PhD is from University Putra Malaysia. She did her MSc from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and BSc from University Malaysia. She has many years working experiences in clinical, academic and management thorough her career in public and private organizations national and internationally. Her experiences included; she was appointed as Clinical Nursing Director in Madinah, KSA, Head of Nursing Postgraduate and Research in Lincoln University and Head of Nursing Program in University Putra Malaysia. She has supervised many PhD students. Her niche areas of interest include Community and Public Health, Nursing education. Her current research interest focuses Smarte-Health Education. She was awarded Excellent Outstanding Quality Award in Madinah. She received four research grants when she was in UPM.
Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah graduated as a registered nurse from College of Nursing, Penang in 1974. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah predominantly worked as a renal nurse where she specialized in Renal and Urology with a Certificate of Renal Nursing from the Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, Australia in 1987. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been working as an educator for 32 years. She obtained her Certificate of Advanced Diploma in Teaching from University of Malaya in the year 1982. In year 1993, Datin Dr. Hafizah obtained her BSc Nursing from University of Sydney, Australia. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her Master of Education in the year 2000 from University of Malaya. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her PhD in Health Sciences from Lincoln University in the year of 2017. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah has extensive experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, and the development and improvement of curriculum in nursing education. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been actively involved as a program and curriculum auditor for Malaysian Nursing Board and Malaysian Qualifications Agency.
Ts Dr. Sharifah Shafinaz binti Sharif Abdullah has been a registered nurse for 22 years. She had teaching experience for about 16 years in the field of nursing. She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Nursing. She completed her Master's degree in Nursing Sciences in 2013 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Recently, she obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing Science in 2021 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Sharifah is interested in intervention studies, and the majority of her work has been published in indexed journals. She achieved the 3rd 'Best Paper Award' by Singapore Medical Journal in 2016 and the 9th place in the 'Best Paper Award' by Environmental Behavioral Journal in 2022. Her expertise is in the evaluation and improvement of the health and well-being of patients. She believes research can be an agent to change individual paradigms and perspectives. She has chosen to become a nursing researcher, and she strongly believes that her research could improve the health care system as well as the nursing profession.
